We discuss the current site, customer tasks and constraints. Where further access or investigation is needed, we explain that before preparing the written scope and quote. No pressure to commit on the call.

Design and build (4-8 weeks)
We send you wireframes and a content plan. You review and approve. Then we build, with weekly check-ins so nothing surprises you at launch. PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals targets are tracked from day one, not bolted on at the end.

Launch and ownership (week 8+)
Site goes live on hosting you own. We hand over every credential, every line of code, every piece of documentation. Optional maintenance retainer from £99/month if you'd like us to keep an eye on things, completely optional.
