The brief, the decisions and the delivery

A luxury website, project portfolio and specialist shop in one place

The challenge

Tile In Progress combines luxury bathroom renovation and architectural tiling with its INTEGRA Prima range of architectural hardware. The website needed to represent the quality of that work while supporting two different decisions: choosing a team for a renovation and buying a specific product. A visitor might arrive with a bathroom project, a location question or a detailed installation requirement. The brief covered a full visual redesign and WordPress rebuild, a richer project portfolio, local service content and a new WooCommerce shop with complex product options.

Carry the brand through the whole website

We redesigned the website's visual direction and logo presentation around the client's high-end interiors work. Large project photography, considered typography and a restrained colour palette give the finished spaces room to be seen. That approach extends from the homepage into services and product pages, so the shop feels part of the same business. The custom WordPress theme and ACF content structure support those layouts without asking the team to recreate each page from scratch.

Give each project a proper place in the portfolio

A renovation is a considered purchase. Clients need to see the kind of spaces, materials and finishes a contractor has delivered. We built a filterable project hub and individual case-study pages, with room for photography and the context behind each job. The service library provides another route into the work, covering bathroom renovation, specialist tiling and related installation services. Visitors can move from an example they like to the service they need and then make an enquiry.

Make specialist products understandable before checkout

The INTEGRA Prima shop includes products such as concealed flush buttons, towel holders and other integrated bathroom fittings. These involve choices about finish, size, configuration and installation. We built the WooCommerce catalogue and product pages to bring those options together with technical specifications, installation guidance and related products. Product selection, the basket and checkout form a connected buying journey, while the surrounding information helps customers assess which configuration suits their project.

Connect the coverage map with local service content

For installation work, location is part of the enquiry. We created an interactive service-area map and a substantial set of area pages connected to the wider service offer. The map gives visitors a visual way to explore coverage; the location content gives the business space to explain its work in the areas it serves. This is a local SEO foundation and a practical customer resource. It does not, by itself, demonstrate a change in search rankings or enquiry volume.

What we delivered

  • Full website redesign, refreshed logo presentation and a consistent luxury visual direction
  • Custom WordPress theme with ACF-managed content and responsive page layouts
  • Specialist service pages, a filterable project hub and detailed project galleries
  • Interactive coverage map and local service-area pages
  • INTEGRA Prima WooCommerce shop with configurable products and technical information
  • Connected product, basket, checkout, contact and project-enquiry journeys

The outcome

The delivered platform brings the renovation business, its completed work and the INTEGRA Prima shop together under one visual identity. Prospective renovation clients can investigate services, review projects and explore coverage. Product customers have a dedicated route through the catalogue and its configuration choices. Amira Sari's feedback recognises the quality of the new website and logo, the ideas contributed during the project, and the team's communication and delivery.

The gallery shows the delivered website, shop and coverage layouts. Amira's testimonial is client feedback on the project; it is not a measured sales or SEO result. No increase in revenue, enquiries or search rankings is claimed.

What the client said

We recently used MattDarm to rebuild our website and add a shop. From the beginning, Matt was professional, helpful, honest and transparent, and surprised us with ideas we would never have thought of. The team's passion, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole journey enjoyable. Everything was delivered to a very high standard and on time. Our new website and logo are beautiful. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

What this means for your project

When a business sells both expertise and products, map those customer journeys before choosing page layouts. A renovation enquiry needs evidence of the team's work and an explanation of its services. A product purchase needs clear options and practical specifications. Planning both together helps a shared WordPress and WooCommerce website serve each purpose without losing the brand's character.
