Cancer Black Care

Cancer Black Care is a UK charity supporting Black people and people of colour affected by cancer through culturally sensitive information, advice and practical support. We designed and developed the website from scratch, translating a complex range of services into a calm, accessible and trustworthy WordPress experience. The platform brings together cancer information and treatment resources, support pathways, community programmes, events and workshops, volunteer and trustee opportunities, news, contact journeys and online donations. We created the visual direction and responsive page system, then implemented it in WordPress so the charity could manage content and continue growing the resource. Paul Campbell, Managing Director, described the finished website as an invaluable resource for the community and praised the team for going above and beyond to meet every requirement.
